A project aimed at creating a new format for online courses MOOCs

The IIIIA, CSIC's Institute of Research in Artificial Intelligence, participates in the NanoMOOCs project aimed at creating a new audiovisual learning format that will allow capturing and analysing participants’ emotions, among other novelties. The nanoMOOCs project is a part of the RIS3CAT Media Community, funded by the Agency for Business Competitiveness (ACCIO), in Catalonia.

The ICN2 and Microsoft strengthen partnership in quantum computing research

The ICN2 Advanced Electron Nanoscopy Group, centre that has the CSIC among its trustees, strengthen its collaboration with the global network of Microsoft Quantum Labs. The company is focused on developing a scalable quantum computer. The ICN2 laboratories will provide atomic-scale measurements, analysis, and modelling of new materials.

A project seeks to facilitate human-robot collaboration in the industry

The Simbiots project, led by the Instituto de Robótica e Informática Industrial (IRI), a joint centre of the CSIC and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, aims to integrate robotics in workplaces and create collaborative environments with the workers.
